Area Manager for South East Asia for Helix RDS in Kuala Lumpur and Well Engineering Team Leader in Aberdeen which included key areas including leadership, business planning, budgeting, resourcing and team development, procedures and business management systems. Also played a Project Management, Peer assist and mentor role in a variety of Well Engineering projects.

Operation Manager with KCA Deutag Drilling having responsibility for North Sea Platform Operations. This was an area of highly incentivized business and was sustained and built through commitment and integrity in the key areas of; safety leadership commercial focus, contractual and negotiation skills, continuous improvement cycles, client focus, subsequent management of change and man management skills. A founding Director of Technical Limit Services which within three years was delivering a Joint Venture Drilling Technical Limit Consultancy capable of adding value plus an additional revenue stream to both parent companies. PRINCIPLE PRODUCTION TECNOLOGIST - 14 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Founder and Managing Director of Sigma Setia Sdn Bhd Wells and Subsurface Consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur and serving South East Asia. He used to work with AS Petrotech Knowledge, a service company dealing with well testing and sampling of oil and gas during exploration. He the joined PETRONAS Research and Scientific Services (PRSS) as geomechanics and sand production prediction studies for PETRONAS. Later, He joined Advanced Well Technology as Well Engineering Manager before joining Uzma Engineering as Production Technologist consultant. He developed and patented a innovation called Intergrated Low Pressure System where it gave life to already idle wells in Malaysia. Currently the Oil Major in Malaysia are using his invention and has significantly increased the oil production from these matured oil wells.

He has high passion towards finding new inventions and technologies that could further enhance the oil and gas production.
