Encik Nordin Md Nor was the co-founder and the Chairman of Sigma Setia Sdn Bhd since its incorporation in 2006. He obtained a Bachelor Degree of Economics from University of Malaya, Malaysia.

Prior to Sigma Setia, he served PETRONAS for 30 years by holding various key management positions among others as the MD/CEO of PETRONAS Dagangan Sdn Bhd, MD/CEO of PETRONAS Gas District Cooling Sdn Bhd and his last position before his retirement was the MD/CEO of PETRONAS Research and Scientific Services Sdn Bhd. After his retirement from PETRONAS he joined Lloyds Register Sdn Bhd as its MD and Country Manager for Malaysia.

Encik Nulwhoffal Arselan Mohamed a Senior Petroleum Engineer, is the Managing Director of Sigma Setia. He has vast experience in the field of Petroleum Engineering services (Exploration & Production) having served various international companies worldwide.

His last employment before embarking into the business world via Sigma Setia was with PETRONAS Research. He was the innovator of our Patented Integrated Low Pressure System.

Puan Padlon Binti Yahya is the Director for Corporate Affairs. Prior to Sigma Setia she holds various key management positions in National University of Malaysia in Bangi for the last 35 years. Her last position in UKM is Special Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor, UKM.

Encik Shahridzal Mohamed Raffi was appointed as the General Manager, Business Development of Sigma Setia on the 1st June 2009. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Agribusness) majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Putra University of Malaysia.

He has more than 15 years of working experience in management and business development. He held various senior management positions in companies in Malaysia and prior to joining Sigma Setia, he was the Group Assistant General Manager (Oil & Gas) for Selia Group. Before that he was the General Manager who started the oil and gas business in Selia Group by forming Selia Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd.

Encik Ramli Ariffin joined Sigma Setia on 1st June 2010 as the General Manager, Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Sigma Setia, he was the Business Development Manager for Uzma Engineering Sdn Bhd.

He was also a long serving PETRONAS Carigali staff who have served for more than 30 years by holding various key operation positions. His last position in PETRONAS was Petroleum Economist.

Encik Muhamad Khalil Salam joined Sigma Setia on 1st December 2010 as the General Manager, Business Development II.

He was also a long serving PETRONAS staff who have served for more than 14 years by holding various key operation positions.

Puan Elly Binti Karsan joined Sigma Setia Sdn Bhd on 1st August 2009 as the General Manager, Finance and Administration Division.

Holding BBA (Hons) Retail Management, she started her career as a Marketing Assistant at Mansfield Car Rental, Kuala Lumpur for 3 years. Later she joined an accounting firm, as a Manager for the Taxation and Accounting Department, of Green Team Consultant Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur for 7 years before she joined Sigma Setia Sdn Bhd.

Having relevant experienced in account and taxation field and currently pursuing Chartered In Management Accountants (CIMA).
